Alpine Music Studios — Data Integration Privacy Policy

This policy describes how data is handled by the internal data integration ("the Integration") used by Alpine Music Studios.

What data is accessed. The Integration accesses Alpine Music Studios' own business records, including accounting data from its QuickBooks Online account, and operational data from systems Alpine Music Studios already uses to run the school.

How it is used. Data is used exclusively for Alpine Music Studios' own internal financial reporting, business analytics, and planning. It is processed solely for the benefit of Alpine Music Studios.

Sharing. Data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. It is not used by, or shown to, anyone other than Alpine Music Studios and its authorized contractors operating the Integration on its behalf.

Storage and security. Data is stored in Alpine Music Studios' own private cloud environment with access restricted to authorized personnel. Access credentials are stored in a dedicated secrets manager and are never embedded in code or exposed publicly.

Retention. Data is retained only as long as needed for Alpine Music Studios' internal reporting and is maintained within Alpine Music Studios' own systems.
